Chocolate Mousse

Serving: 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes + 6 hours chill time
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup of water
  • ¼ cup cacao
  • ½ cup Swerve
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  1.   Take a bowl and whisk in eggs
  2.   Add water, swerve, cacao in a saucepan and mix well
  3.   Stir in milk and cream, let the mixture warm over medium heat until it reaches a boil, remove heat
  4.   Measure 1 tablespoon of chocolate mix into the dish with eggs
  5.   Whisk and slowly empty the remaining chocolate into the mixture
  6.   Empty the mousse mix into 5 ramekins
  7.   Add 1 and ½ cups water to Ninja Foodi
  8.   Place a trivet
  9.   Place the trivets into the trivet and lock minutes
  10.   Quick release pressure
  11.   Chill in the fridge for 6 hours, enjoy!
