Cauliflower Rice with Bacon



Prep time: 10 mins |Cooking time: 40 minutes |Servings: 7 


Ingredients: 
7 ounces sliced bacon 
2 cups cauliflower rice
​1 tablespoon essential organic olive oil 
1 onion
​4 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon butter
​1 teaspoon basil 
1 teaspoon oregano 
1 teaspoon thyme 


Directions:  
Chop the bacon and transfer it to pressure cooker. Close the lid, and hang up pressure to have success cooker mode to «Sauté,” and cook the bacon for 4 minutes. Open the lid and add the cauliflower rice. Sprinkle the amalgamation while using extra virgin extra virgin olive oil and stir. Add chicken stock, butter, basil, oregano, and thyme. Peel the onion and chop it. Sprinkle the cauliflower rice with every one of the chopped onion, mix well, and close the lid. Set pressure cooker mode to ”Slow Cook,” and cook for 40 minutes. When the dish is cooked, remove the cauliflower rice from pressure to ensure success cooker and stir. Transfer the dish to serving plates and serve.
