Tomato Cups

Prep time: 5 minutes |Cooking time: 3 minutes |Servings: 4 

4 big tomatoes 
4 eggs 
7 ounces ham 
1 tablespoon chives 
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
​½ teaspoon butter
4 ounces Parmesan cheese 
½ teaspoon salt 

Wash the tomatoes and eliminate the flesh, jelly, and seeds from their website and add using a mixing bowl. Chop the ham and chives. Combine the chopped ham, chives, and tomato pieces together in a very mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, butter, and salt about the ham mixture and blend well. Grate the Parmesan cheese and beat the eggs inside the empty tomato cups. Fill the cups while using ham mixture. Sprinkle these with each of the grated cheese. Wrap the tomato cups in aluminum foil and transfer them in pressure to achieve success cooker. Close the lid, and hang the strain cooker mode to ”Sauté.” Cook for ten mins. When the cooking time ends, take away the tomatoes from pressure to achieve success cooker and invite these phones rest. Discard the foil and serve immediately.
