Cheddar Chicken Fillets



Prep time: ten mins | Cooking time: quarter-hour | Servings: 7

Ingredients :
​1 cup cream cheese 
6 ounces Cheddar cheese 
1 yellow onion 
14 ounces boneless chicken 
1 teaspoon extra virgin organic olive oil
​1 tablespoon ground black pepper 
1 teaspoon red chile flakes 
4 ounces apricot, pitted 
3 tablespoons chicken stock 

Directions:  
Cut the chicken into fillets and sprinkle the boneless chicken breasts with the ground black pepper, essential organic olive oil, and chile flakes. Set the stress cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Transfer the chicken breasts into pressure to achieve success cooker and sauté the dish for 5 minutes on them. Meanwhile, grate the Cheddar cheese and combine it while using cream cheese. Add chicken stock and mix well having a spoon. Peel the onion and slice it. Chop the apricots and combine them with all the sliced onion. When the cooking time ends, open the worries cooker lid. Sprinkle the chicken with the onion mixture. Add the Cheddar cheese mixture. Close the lid and cook the boneless chicken breasts while using ”Pressure” mode for 10 minutes. When the cooking time ends, release the residual pressure and open the load cooker lid. Transfer the chicken for the serving plates.
