Spicy Shredded Duck

Prep time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 27 minutes | Servings: 8 

? cup red
1/2 cup chicken stock
​1 teaspoon onion powder 
14 ounces duck fillet 
2 teaspoons red pepper cayenne 
¼ teaspoon minced garlic 
? cup fresh dill
​1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 tablespoon sour cream 
1 tablespoon tomato puree 

Combine the burgandy or merlot wine and chicken stock together in a very mixing bowl and stir. Set pressure to succeed cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Pour the chicken stock mixture into pressure cooker and preheat it for 1 minute. Combine the onion powder, cayenne, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic together in a very mixing bowl. Stir a combination and sprinkle the duck fillet while using spice mixture. Place the duck fillet to the stress cooker and close the lid. Cook the dish on ”Pressure” mode for 25 minutes. When the cooking time ends, remove the dish from pressure to ensure success cooker and invite it rest briefly. Shred the duck employing a fork. Leave another from the liquid into the stress cooker as well as set the shredded duck there. Add the tomato puree and sour cream. Chop the dill and sprinkle the dish by it. Stir it gently and close the lid. Cook the dish on ”Sauté” mode for two main minutes. When the cooking time ends, transfer the brand new dish in your serving plate and serve.
