Duck Tacos



Prep time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 22 minutes | Servings: 7 

Ingredients :
1 pound duck breast fillet 
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon chili powder
​1 teaspoon onion powder 
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil 
1 cup lettuce 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 tablespoon tomato sauce 
1 cup chicken stock 
1 tablespoon organic essential olive oil
​6 ounces Cheddar cheese 
7 almond flour tortilla
​1 teaspoon turmeric 

Directions:  
Chop the duck fillet and transfer it on the blender. Blend the amalgamation well. Set pressure to achieve success cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Place the blended duck fillet into pressure to succeed cooker. Sprinkle it with the extra virgin extra virgin olive oil and stir well. Sauté the dish for 5 minutes. Combine the salt, chili powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, ground black pepper, and turmeric together in the very mixing bowl and stir. Add tomato sauce. Sprinkle the blended duck fillet when using spice mixture. Mix well and add chicken stock. Stir gently and close the lid. Cook a mixture using the ”Pressure” mode for 17 minutes. Wash the lettuce and chop it roughly. Grate the Cheddar cheese. When the duck mixture is cooked, take it off from pressure to achieve success cooker and enable it to relax briefly. Place the chopped lettuce inside the tortillas. Add the duck mixture. Sprinkle the tortillas using the grated cheese and serve.
