Creamy Cauliflower Rice

1 cup cauliflower rice
​1 cup heavy cream 
1 cup of coconut milk 
¼ cup of water
​1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Erythritol 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 

Pour cream, coconut milk, and water in pressure cooker. Stir a combination gently and add salt, Erythritol, and cinnamon. Blend a combination gently before you mixed well. Add cauliflower rice. Close pressure cooker lid, along with set the mode to ”Slow Cook.” Cook for a half-hour. When the cooking time ends, open the lid and stir the amalgamation gently. Transfer the cooked dish to serving bowls and serve hot.
