Tender Schnitzel

Prep time: 10 mins |Cooking time: 16 minutes |Servings: 6 

​1 pound pork chops 
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon turmeric
​2 eggs
​¼ cup of coconut milk 
1 teaspoon cilantro
½ cup coconut flour 
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed freshly squeezed lemon juice 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 

Beat the pork chops carefully. Combine the salt, turmeric, cilantro, and ground black pepper together and stir the amalgamation. Rub the pork chops while using the spice mixture. Sprinkle the meat with all the fresh lemon juice leave it for 10 mins to marinate. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in the mixing bowl. Blend them a whisk, you are able to add the milk and stir. Dip the pork chops inside the egg mixture. Dip the pork chops within the flour.
