Marinated Eggs

Prep time: ten mins |Cooking time: 5 minutes |Servings: 5 

1 teaspoon red chili flakes 
½ cup of water 
5 eggs, boiled 
1 teaspoon salt
​? cup of soy sauce 
1 teaspoon cilantro 
½ teaspoon ground black pepper 
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons mirin 

Peel the eggs, and transfer the crooks to the strain cooker. Combine the water, chili flakes, salt, soy sauce, cilantro, ground black pepper, fresh lemon juice, and mirin in the very mixing bowl. Stir the amalgamation well until smooth, then pour this mixture in pressure cooker. Stir it gently, close the lid, and hang up the stress cooker mode to ”Sauté”. Cook for 5 minutes. Transfer the amalgamation to casserole dish and enable it cool. When the eggs are cool, serve them right away and store inside the refrigerator to supply later.
