Light Chicken Soup



Prep time: quarter-hour | Cooking time: 29 minutes | Servings: 9 

Ingredients :
6 ounces Shirataki noodles
​8 cups of water
​1 carrot
​1 tablespoon peanut oil
​1 yellow onion 
½ tablespoon salt
​3 ounces celery stalk 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper 
½ lemon
​1 teaspoon minced garlic
​10 ounces chicken breast 

Directions:  
Peel the carrot and onion and dice them. Cut the chicken white meat into halves. Set pressure to succeed cooker to ”Pressure” mode. Pour the peanut oil into pressure cooker and preheat it for 1 minute. Add the onion and carrot and stir well, Cook it for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 4 portions of water and chicken. Close the lid and cook the dish on ”Pressure” mode for ten mins. When the cooking time ends, get rid of the chicken from the strain cooker and shred it. Return the shredded chicken to pressure cooker and close the lid. Cook the dish for 7 minutes. Add 4 associated with water and Shirataki noodles. Close the lid and cook the dish on «Pressure” mode for 7 minutes. When the soup is cooked, remove it from pressure cooker and ladle it into serving bowls.
